SMC Pneumatics - Pneumatic Cylinders, Valves, Filtration, Fittings
Pneumatic Controls

SMC has confirmed its technological leadership in the world pneumatic market with the Z valve series. A range of valves that gives total flexibility and efficient adaptation to a host of applications, with specific requirements for individual manifold assemblies. With fittings built in, low power consumption coils and high life expectency (>50 million cycles) these valves lead the market. Manifolds delivered preassembled and tested.

Automation Solutions

Cost effective automation solutions are easy to configure using the range of cylinders and actuators from SMC. High speed, high precision guided cylinders, rotary actuators, rodless cylinders, locking head cylinders, compact and non rotating cylinders plus many other specialist products are readily available and shown in the SMC catalogue.

Pick and Place

A wide range of vacuum generation and associated equipment provide complementary accessories to the range of pneumatic actuators. Coupled with a selection of vacuum pads in varying materials, it provides a complete solution for switching from pressure to vacuum when handling component parts. Several types of gripper are available.

Positioning Systems

A recent addition to the SMC range of actuators combines pneumatic power with the positional control of electronics. Moving coil actuators have the ability to do work and verify accuracy at the same time.

Technical Support

A combined resource of highly trained personnel both from SMC and Pneumatic Lines provides a support mechanism second to none, throughout the UK.

Customer Training

A wide range of training courses is available from SMC and Pneumatic Lines. Many of the pneumatic and electro-pneumatic courses are free of charge to our customers. PLC programming courses are offered at competitive rates and can be structured to suit particular requirements.
